When will I receive the ordered meals?

Deliveries are made three times a week in the evening hours from 18:00 to 22:00.
Sunday (for Monday and Tuesday),
Tuesday (for Wednesday and Thursday),
Thursday (for Friday and Saturday).

Where do you deliver the catering?

We deliver meals in Stavanger, Sandnes and the surrounding area.

What are the nutritional recommendations during Topbox catering?

eat the meals you receive regularly, preferably every 3 hours,
drink a minimum of 2 liters of mineral water a day – often and in small portions,
take the last meal no later than 2-3 hours before bedtime,
remember about regular physical activity – it is necessary to maintain fitness and a shapely figure. It also helps to avoid many diseases.

Can I report a break in the deliveries of paid catering and then resume them?

Yes. Information about changes should be reported by phone (+47 4005 2001) or by e-mail (post@topbox.no), no later than 48 hours before the planned break or resumption of deliveries.
Any unused allowance will be moved to the end of the ordered period.

Can I provide the key or code to the staircase or entrance gate due to evening delivery times?

Yes. Many customers entrust us with keys or access codes. The delivery method makes it easier for us. Keys are returned on the last day of delivery.

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Yes . Each delivery costs 50 NOK extra.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. The invoice details should be sent to our e-mail post@topbox.no .:

How should I store my meals?

Meals should be absolutely refrigerated at 2-6 ° C.
Meals are not secured with any preservatives.

How should I heat my meals?

There are several ways to warm up your meals:
in a microwave oven (850 W) place the unsealed container and heat it for about 2 – 3 minutes,
in the oven, set the temperature to a maximum of 120 ° C, then put the unsealed container into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes,
food can also be heated in a pot or in a pan.

Why do I have to notify all changes to my catering at least two days in advance?

The fulfillment of orders for catering is a considerable logistical challenge. Meals are prepared on the day of delivery, but the ingredients are ordered in advance.

What happens to canceled tour days?

Unused catering days will be added to the total duration of the contract and will postpone its end date.

How do I know if my meal is to be warmed or eaten cold?

The container will have the mark.

Can I change the type of diet and its calorific value during the term of the contract?

In this case, we recommend ordering for a week to check how your body functions. Remember however, that orders are processed two days after ordering catering.
